There are three ways to shop with us:

2. Place an order using our secure online website

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation which contains
tracking information for your package.
All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. If an item is backordered or if you are
placing a special order, you will be notified as to an estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping charges for orders shipped within the continental United States are calculated
during the checkout process. Additional charges for orders outside the continental United
States will apply. Please call 866-479-7588 for a quote.
Purchases are shipped directly from our store. Shipments are sent US Post Office priority
mail service to arrive 2-3 business days once shipped. You may choose to have your
order expedited via next day or 2nd day service. Please call to arrange for rush delivery
and the price.

Return Policy
We’re happy when you’re happy and we want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days
of receipt of shipment, excluding sale items and special orders. All sales are final on sale
items and special orders. Authorized returns must be unused, in its original condition and
packaging with all factory labels attached and may be returned for a refund, exchange or
store credit. Please note, any items returned after 10 days of receipt will be refunded in
the form of store credit. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to make a return
To make a return or exchange, simply call us (866-479-7588) within 10 days of receipt
of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returned packages
require a RAN and must arrive to our store within 10 days of the receipt of the Return
Authorization Number. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the
purchase receipt. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund, credit or exchange
within 7 business days. If we receive a return without a Return Authorization Number,
or it arrives after 10 days of issuing the RAN, or if we find that the merchandise has been
used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. You should ship your
package to the address below via a traceable, insured delivery method to protect against
loss or damage; N. S. Merill & Company is not responsible for any shipping loss or
damage on returned items.
